Body weight workout
Now that I have some movement going in the last week, I figured I'd step it up a bit. This was a challenging workout, especially with the treadmill at the end of the circuits. I had to stop several times to catch my breath, so this was not an hour plus of continuous exercise.
I did the burpees right this time with a jump at the end (and a clap).
On the stair curls, the 2nd and 3rd sets, I did regular curls the first rep, hammer curls the second rep, and drag curls the third rep.
