Back and Bicep workout
Not too much explanation for this format. Previous is the weights and reps I did for this workout last time.
I tried to take a steady pace and did this workout circuit style: Start at the top and work my way to the bottom, repeat x2. I wasn't huffing and puffing at the end, but I didn't take more time than I needed to document the weight and reps between exercises. I also picked weights that I thought I could finish the workout with and was pretty successful, although those last few hammer curls were challenging.
Oh, and I forgot to add Superman to that last row, so I didn't do them.
