Not my best work

Breaks:

2 miles: Evacuate the intestines, top off water bottle.

8 miles: Reload water bottle with G2 and ice, cool off.

11 miles: Reload with G2 and ice, cool off.

14 miles: done.

Total time spent on break: 28 minutes!  Yeah, like I said, not my best work.  We're going to call this one "Longest I've ever run in one day" and leave it at that.  At least I did it outside and did get my lazy butt out of bed to start at 6:11 am.

It's the little successes.

Monday: 5 miles @ 10:30 pace.
