Erk

Sunny and 78 out today with a slight breeze from the south.  Thankfully!  If it wasn't for that breeze (and pouring my water over my head), I might have bailed after three miles and did the rest on the treadmill.

I'm just not one for the heat, and yes, I realize, 78 is not hot to most people.  I ended up taking my shirt off for the last half mile to frighten the children stay cool.

Tomorrow: 4 miles @ 10:15 pace.
