First of the triple 6

or "How I ran the devil's number in three days"

Today, tomorrow, and the next day are all 6 mile runs, and there you go, Mr. Schedule is evil.  Not the scheduler or the schedule maker, just Mr. Schedule.

Anyways, no recovery period for the marathon trainee; I'm back at it and banking 40 miles this week.  All of the rest of my runs this week are at a 10:30 pace; no long run pacing...sad face.

Tomorrow: 6 miles @ 10:30 pace.
