First 12 of the training program

Eventually, I got this run in.  I started outside and ran for four miles.  Took a little potty break.  Ran another 3.07 miles and came indoors to cool down. Took about 20 or so minutes.  Ran on the treadmill for the last 4.93 miles.

Monday: 5 @ 10:30 pace
Monday: 4 @ 10:15 pace
