There was a nice cool, stiff breeze coming out of the north east, so that made it much nicer to run north and east. Otherwise, it was just nice to be outside enjoying the run.
I may blow off tomorrow's run in addition to Friday's in order to rest up for Saturday, although, I did shake off the tired legs for today's run. I'll just see how everything is feeling tomorrow.
Tomorrow: 6 miles @ 10:30 pace or not.
