19.2 miles of biking
16.6 miles of running
.25 miles of swimming
~36 miles of activity last week! I won't get close to that this week or in the foreseeable future due to old man winter making a comeback, but I can see myself ramping up to that in the spring.
Also, I plan on doing some indoor stationary cycling to keep up my conditioning; I'll figure out some way of keeping track of what I've done. Time would be the most logical choice.
