Got back home at about 4:15, so I decided to squeeze in 4.32 miles to make it 12.4 miles on the week. Running was probably 40th or 41st on my list of things I'd rather do after spending 7 hours on the road, but the hot bath afterward did help mitigate some of that reluctance.
