I hit a wall just after the second mile, and it was all I could do to resist cutting the run short and finish the 3.5 miles. I'm paying for it now: My hips ache, my muscles ache, my back aches. Good thing I don't have any more runs scheduled until the race on Saturday.
EDIT: that 4th mile should be .5 miles...
