Allllllllmost to that magical 5 mile training run! I'm going to be experimenting with my workout runs for a little bit; I'm switching my speed work to Wednesdays and incorporating a long run every Saturday. I will also probably shorten my Friday run in order to get in a better long run on Saturday.
I've hit the point where I'm no longer running to lose weight, but rather for the sake of training for upcoming races and staying in shape. I'm not anywhere near where I want to be weight-wise, but I figure if I keep on training the way I've been training as well as keeping the dietary changes intact, the weight will come off.
