Week 1 in the books

I took a bit to warm up, but after about 4 miles, I finally got over blahs.  Of course, the Indian food that I ate just two hours prior to this run did not help by constantly reminding me (burp) that I ate it.  Heartburn City, population: me.

That's 36 miles for the week, and I feel really good about this new pace.
