I would have liked to do this run without stopping, but I put on the beef stew before I headed out and felt compelled to stop at 3 miles to check on it and 5 miles to add the potatoes and carrots.
I set my pace alarms for +/- 20 seconds off my pace goal, and I think I'm going to keep it there for future runs. As you can see for yourself, my mile times are pretty tightly grouped within 4 seconds of each other!
