5 with Jeff

Here's a run I did with my friend Jeff; he averages around 9-9:30 minute miles, so he was gracious enough to slow down a bit for me.  It was 24 degrees and sunny, so a great day for running!

I wore three layers up top and my leggings and shorts on bottom as well as gloves and ear warmer.
