I didn't get in my intended 3 miler yesterday as my after work appt went longer than I expected. Add to that, small group that evening, throwing dinner together, oh, and a windy, chilly 18 degrees outside AND I didn't bring my running stuff to work so I could hit the treadmill.
There you go, pick which ever excuse you like best and run with it. The upside is that for my race on Saturday, I'll have 4 days of rest, so I'll have no excuse for slacking during the race. The weather is supposed to be in the 30's; I'm looking forward to some warmth!
