Set the treadmill at 6.5 mph and tried to keep up. The first two miles weren't too bad, but the third mile was difficult and the fourth mile was very challenging. It took great restraint to NOT hit the down speed button!
I have three miles to do on Wed at an easy pace (10:00/mile or so), and then, a 5K race on Saturday! I'm hoping to hit a PR, of course, which would be anything under 27:42.
