Week 1

Ok, we'll see if I am too ambitious once again.  I figured after all that running the last 6 weeks, I could lower my every day pace from 10:30 to 10:15 and strive for a race pace of 9:24 for 13.1 miles.

Today's run wasn't too bad; I'm off this week so I am going to get my runs done in the morning.  I'll need to get up earlier than I did today however, because it was 80 by the time I finished.
