No alarm limits and no peek; JUST RUN!
So, I'm treating this like a recovery week due to laziness and I have spare weeks in the new training schedule and GENCON is this week and I'm going. So, if I can get up early on Saturday, I'll throw down a 5 miler or so before heading out. If not, then I probably won't run again this week.
Next week, however is a different matter as I'll hit my 5x/week schedule from last fall and start with 7 miles on Monday.
