The last six

And the devil's run is complete.  It would have been a bit too warm today if not for the wind, which provided cooling and refreshment.  Tomorrow and Saturday are going to be a real test; 8 then 10 miles at a 10:30 pace is the schedule for the rest of the week.

Tomorrow: 8 miles @ 10:30 pace

I see you're still running. You should switch to a more efficient method of locomotion, like roller blades or a pogo stick.

Running is a fairly strong word for what I do, but since it is marginally faster than most people walk, it will have to suffice.

I may try crab walking; some of those dudes can really move.
