Third day excuses

Muggy, even at 8 in the morning.

Tired from painting the downstairs both Monday and Tuesday.

Tired from intervals.

Not been sleeping well even though I have the week off and have been getting  to bed at 10!

Eh, that's enough.  Hopefully, I'll get a good night's rest and be hitting the half mile intervals tomorrow.
