I was going to run a 10K race this weekend, but I have decided to cut back on my running spending, so I'll just be doing the alternate 16 miles on Saturday. I would much rather do the 6.2 mile race when I look at it like that...sigh.
But, I also know that I need a number of these longer runs in order to get my confidence up for the marathon, so I really am better off doing the 16 mile run.
Tomorrow: 7 miles @ 10:30 pace
