Retro-post is late



I did a series of 6 "hills" in this workout. Unfortunately, I didn't keep good track of the rest and ramp up, but I did keep meticulous account of the top where I stood up - that was 30 seconds.

So the pattern was:

Gear 10 - 1 minute
Gear 12 - 1 minute
Gear 15 - 30 seconds standing
Gear 12 - 1 minute
Gear 10 - uuuuh, 1 or 2 minutes or so...and repeat.

I did 6 such "hills" and finished out with about 5 minutes of easy cycling at Gear 8.

258 Calories.  underwhelming...
