Spinning speed



First, yesterday, I stuck with the schedule and lifted. I hit chest, tri's, shoulders, and abs; I also did core/step exercises between sets.

Today, here is my spinning speed intervals with the chart to the right explaining the picture on the left. Once again, I measured my intervals in miles instead of minutes; I did, however endeavor to note what my interval time was and it turned out to be roughly 2:15ish with 5:00ish rest time.

I checked a cycling calorie burned calculator, and it appears, for my weight, I burned 1085 calories.
