Back to it



The back fairy showed up on Sunday and didn't stop kicking me until yesterday. So, my last workout was Saturday (legs w/ 20 minutes of spinning). It felt good to rip off this workout. Hopefully that back fairy stays gone; she's not a nice fairy...

While the RPMs show the range I stayed in, I really tried to do the whole workout, except the standing, at 90-92 RPMs and was pretty successful.
