Finally, a 5K ran



This run was indoors at the 1/7th mile track. 32 laps later, I've got 4.59 miles, by my calculations.

I ran the first 22 laps, so that's a pi run (3.14) and clocked a 34:54. That won't win any age groups, except the 0-1 age group, and maybe the 125-130 age group, but at least it's a start, and I ran the whole thing. yay.

My walk breaks are shorter in the gym as it's easier to keep track of 1/7th of a mile break. I should cut down my walking outside to .15 or so; I guess that would be easy to track. Anyways, I only took two walk breaks at laps 23 and 29.
