Well, that nagging groin pull that I've been dealing with (and the cause for my week's rest last week) is back, so I've decided to rest it until 27 Dec.
Then, my plan is to start running again, albeit, slowly (11-12 min miles) two times/week.
I'll re-evaluate after each run.
Stinks not being able to run; I never thought I'd ever say THAT!
