On this workout, I warmed up for 15 minutes and then did a spin video twice. The video is a beginner's video, which I've done before and is about 10 minutes long - 15 with c/d at the end. I did all the way through the cycling cooldown and repeated the video from the beginning with lower resistance settings (11, 13, 15, and 17 the first time. 8, 10, 12 the second time).
