Spinning longer hills

Increased the total time at gears 14 and 17, but I also increased my rest time at gear 11. Not really sure what I'm doing, so there's that.

Outside again!

There was a pretty stiff S wind (18 mph!!!!). so I was pretty surprised that I could maintain better than 15 mph overall. My speed graph is pretty interesting; you can see it at:
