Aaaaaaaaand three

Ok, so finally I get three runs done in one week.  We'll see about adding some distance next week.  I said, "We'll see" - that's not a promise...

    Wait a minute, I can stop any time, yeah, that's it.

    I don't have an exercising problem.

    I'm gonna do it just this once, then I'll quit for good. I just need a pick me up...
