More Progress

Yes, I'm planning on posting Friday's run along side these two just so you all can see my progress, or lack thereof.

The big difference in these two runs is that first run segment; I'm trying to stretch it out longer and longer until it encompasses the whole run. I'm thinking that I'll attempt to do so on Friday.
